王健苹女士是一位在境内外上市、私募股权投融资、私人财富管理领域有超过20年经验的专业人士。
王女士于2006年创立新邦资本，成为第一批民营企业海外上市的服务机构，见证了中国民企走进海外资本市场的辉煌历史，在搭建海外红筹架构、VIE架构、返程收购、IPO发行路演等方面积累了丰富的经验，业务覆盖中国A股、新加坡、香港、美国、德国等证券交易市场。
2010年开始进入股权投资领域，专注在消费连锁、高端制造、清洁能源、文化教育、医疗健康等行业的投资；2016年在香港创办了华智传承家族办公室，致力于为中国企业家及其家族成员在全球范围进行投资规划和资产配置，以及家族后代的素质培养、升学规划等。
王女士毕业于厦门大学，获得文学学士及国际贸易研究生学历。

Ms. Wang founded JP Capital in 2006, which aims at overseas IPO total solution. She is honored to be one of the experts on RED CHIP，VIE structure, and assisted companies go public in HK，Singapore and US capital market. She witnessed the glorious history of Chinese private enterprises becoming a listed company in overseas exchange.
Ms. Wang starts her investment career as a fund manager since 2010, focusing on consumer industry, clean tech, healthcare, high-end manufactory and education.
Ms. Wang established China Wisdom Heritage Family Office in Hong Kong in 2016, dedicated to providing wealth management planning and asset allocation for Chinese entrepreneurs and their families on a global vision.

Ms. Wang is graduated from Xiamen University with a Bachelor degree in Literature, and a Master degree in International Trade.
